On July 28, 2021, a webinar will be held hosted by the Energy Dispute Arbitration Center (EDAC), an institution located in Ankara, Turkey, that specialises in the resolution of disputes related to energy and infrastructure projects. This conference is part of a major reflection on the Energy Charter Treaty, which began in November 2017 at the initiative of the Energy Charter Conference, a body whose main prerogatives are to ensure the cooperation and modernisation of the energy sector of member States.
